Monadi Hair Refund & Return Policy

At Monadi Hair, we take pride in offering premium 100% raw hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds.

However, we do accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
• Hair must not be opened, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery at monadihair@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Any hair that has been opened, worn, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
